We enjoy being on the "giving" end of recognition, but it sure is nice to get recognition now and again. We take pride in our accomplishments, so indulge us as we share with you some of our own meaningful and memorable recognition.
Award-Winning Design Team
MTM’s award-winning design team continues to win awards for outstanding design for in-house publications as well as client collateral. Most recently MTM won 7 awards (see list of awards) from the 2009 American In-House Design Awards. This competition is a premier showcase for the work of corporate and institutional in-house design departments. This year, the national competition drew more than 4,000 entries, with fewer than 400 design departments actually receiving awards. MTM’s graphic design department offers professional excellence that meets the needs of MTM as well as our clients.
Award-Winning Supplier
MTM was presented the "Look of a Leader" Premier Supplier Award by Bayer Corp. MTM was one of only 12 suppliers recognized for this outstanding designation. The Look of the Leader Award honors those supplier organizations who are so focused on value-added service, they set the standard. MTM was chosen from among thousands of suppliers that provide Bayer with more than 5 billion in raw materials, services and supplies for its diverse business.
Deere and Company recognized MTM as one of its superior suppliers during and awards ceremony they call Achieving Excellence. MTM has designed and supplied awards for Deere for the past 18 years. Suppliers are evaluated in several key performance categories including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and "wavelength" which measures responsiveness. This "partner level status" is Deere and Company's highest rating and is awarded to only a very elite group- less than 1%.

Manufacturing
MTM Recognition's manufacturing facility in Princeton, IL was recently awarded the bronze level Lincoln Award. The Lincoln Award is an annual award in the state of Illinois, and judged based on the National Malcolm Baldridge criteria. MTM is proud to be held in such high regard and dedicated to upholding the level of quality outlined in this criteria.
