In 1971, a coach and educator founded an awards company in Oklahoma City, OK. Fast forward 43 years later. MTM Recognition is now the most comprehensive recognition solutions provider in the nation. It started with a dream, hard work and ingenuity and has become the leader in U.S. manufacturing of recognition awards as well as a recognition solutions provider worldwide. Quite the ground-up success story by anyone’s standards.

Though much has changed over the years, much remains the same: a talented and skillful workforce, our creativity, our technological innovations, and an unwavering resolve to deliver quality and value.

While we continue to design and manufacture awards, today we help those we serve to make meaningful experiences memorable with innovative technology, products and solutions. We are very proud of our humble beginnings, Oklahoma roots, innovation and impact for our clients around the world and locally.

Through the years, we have produced many memorable products, including symbolic jewelry lines for numerous Fortune 100 corporations, some of the most recognizable awards in the world of sports, heroic bronze statues finding their place in history on college campuses and sports facilities, awards for International Royalty, comprehensive recognition solutions for corporations across the nation and beyond.

It’s a winning combination – our creativity, our capacity and our innovation. When it comes to recognition, no one does it better than MTM.

Customer Testimonials

  • Michael King
    NCAA, Director of Operations

“The NCAA was looking for suppliers that could design and administer our championship awards program and didn't think we could find one company to do what was required. We conducted a site visit of MTM. I was impressed with their lean processes, the cleanliness and order within their facility and their commitment to lean manufacturing. We made the right decision in choosing MTM as NCAA’s Official Championship Awards Supplier.”

“It was a great event. Standing ovation for Larry. Larry and his wife were completely surprised and moved to tears at the recognition. All of the drivers and guests were extremely admiring of the award and collage. It was a most memorable event and you and your team really excelled at producing a winning combination of awards! I would definitely say the team's efforts were 'well received!'”
